Laminating at Betina

All types of laminating are possible at Betina. For any purpose what so ever. We can thank our modern machinery for that. Different layers can be added as desired, and a combination of similar or different materials is possible. All our work undergoes a final inspection. In addition, we provide the appropriate labelling and packaging. Naturally, all of this is done to the customer’s requirements.

+ We laminate and compress the materials using a modern flatbed laminating line. Multilayer laminating can be produced in one production run.

+ We compress propylat material onto panels and compacted non-woven material to produce sound-absorbing panels. We can process this sheet (or roll) material with a width of up to 2400 mm and a thickness of 130 mm.

+ We have a 2200 mm wide modern stenter frame, including coating and finishing capabilities. With variations of full-area coating and point-coating. The processing we can carry out range from dispersion adhesive coating for the automotive industry to polyurethane coatings for various applications. Acrylate, anti-static and water-repellent finishes are also possible.
